GD Construction Solutions was founded by Gary Dobel in 2004. Having been involved with construction since 1989, first in Quantity Surveying with a local construction contractor, Gary then moved to a Regional Company where he developed management and project co-ordination skills.

We guarantee that the price agreed is the price you pay, which means that once the build specification is agreed you will not be billed for additional work without your prior approval.
All material and sub-contractor costs are completely transparent. When operating this way you won’t have the common and uncomfortable situation which occurs between client and builder about costs escalating, over-runs and responsibility.
